Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich. Die Angestellten haben ein 5 Sterne-Hotel-Niveau. Lage super: Nur circa 800 Meter von der Einkaufsstraße Malioboro .entfernt. Sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet.

Störende laute Zimmernachbarn.

Alles zur besten Zufriedenheit, besonders erwähnenswert ist das freundliche Personal.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit grossen sauberen Zimmern und Bad. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Kleiner Pool mit Duschen, Handtüchern und Service. Für Reisende ohne Technik steht in der Lobby ein Computer zur ständigen und kostenfreien Verfügung, ansonsten Wifi, natürlich ebenfalls kostenfrei. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Zum Bahnhof und zur Marlioboro Strasse sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Rikschafahrer warten neben dem Hotel.

Wir waren 2 mal im Arjuna. Beide Aufenthalte haben wir per Booked.net gebucht. Beim ersten Mal verlängerten wir den Aufenthalt über eine Anschlussbuchung- Es klappte jedes Mal problemlos. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, sehr gut geführt und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und vielfältig. Zur Maliborostreet sind es ca. 400 m. Wir finden es sehr empfehlenswert.

Neues hotel mit grosser lobby. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes personal. Reichhaltiges frühstücksbuffet und kleiner pool.

Hotelpersonal kann noch nicht so viele informationen zu ausflügen oder weiterreisen geben. wird wahrscheinlich daran liegen, dass das hotel neu ist. Der spa bereich ist auch noch nicht fertiggestellt.

The pool is to small

This hotel opened in June 2012. Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast buffet huge and staff very friendly. Location is close to Tugu train station and about a 10 min walk from Malioboro street where most of the restaurants and shops are. The area itself where the hotel is situated is not touristy, but there are always becaks outside waiting to whisk you away. Also the bus stop for bus 1A is just outside and that takes you to Malioboro street, Prambanan temple and the airport (oneway ticket Rp3000) - very convenient!

Staff is readily available but only a handful speak English. Indonesian people get up early in the morning which is why breakfast is served from 6 to 9am. This is rather inconvenient for Western tourists who wake up at 8am. Maybe they should consider extending it to 10am?

the location was great right of maloboro and near the train station.It had a pool to relax in after a hard day exploring and shopping, had a great restaurant and the staff were very atentative.

Well trained hotel staff with high level of hospitality. Quality foods at its restaurant. Although it's bit distant from Marioboro Central, it's not big deal. Just take a bus (bus stop is just in front of the hotel!) for 2-3 stops.I will definitely recommend Hotel Arujuna to my friends!

The staff at the Arjuna were wonderful - courteous, friendly, smiling and helpful at all times, especially the staff on the reception and in the dining room. We had a small problem with noise above us, and we were swiftly moved into a quieter room with as much assistance as we needed. The swimming area was lovely, a welcome treat after hot mornings of touring temples, and the kitchen were quite happy to make a sandwich for me that was not on the menu. The bus stop is almost directly outside the hotel, and it was a cheap and easy way of getting to Prangbanan or the airport.

Although the hotel was within close walking distance to Jalan Malioboro, I found the street itself, not very interesting - it is a busy commercial street with no restaurants or shops. The breakfast menu, and the all day dining menu could do with a few more vegetarian/vegan options.

The staff were very good in taking good care of their in house guest.Service was excellent!.However the hotel need to improved on the breakfast buffet selection as the menu were the same everyday.

The room is comfort and the hotel is strategies

The hotel staff where very nice and helpful (although some had trouble with there English) and really made you feel welcome. The hotel room was very clean. Only problem in the room was that the shower pressure was not very good! (No biggi though) the location was perfect. Five minutes walk from the station on the main road. The hotel would arrange any trips or taxis you needed. The pool area was beautiful, and had a great food menu. ( I would advise using the room service menu or dining menu as the buffee was rather strange and not very good in my opinion) overall Hotel Arjana was a very nice hotel to stay in for a very good price! We only stayed for a couple of days whilst we were in yogja seeing the sights. Would highly recommend if staying in yogja on a budget.

The breakfast and evening buffee where not anything to right home about. Shower pressure wasn't great but ok
